At the heart of the Lelit MaraX PL62X is Lelit’s L58E group with mechanical pre-infusion, paired with an innovative double-probe heat-exchanger system with thermosyphon circulation.

The double-probe system is designed to maintain a stable brewing temperature, helping to reduce long waits between coffees while avoiding the overheating commonly associated with traditional heat-exchanger systems.

The MaraX reaches the correct extraction temperature and stable thermal equilibrium in approximately 24 minutes, giving you a more predictable platform from which to dial in your espresso.

Whether you’re entering the world of specialty espresso or already experimenting with different origins, roast profiles and recipes, the MaraX gives you room to develop your skills.

Made for Specialty Coffee

Different coffees behave differently.

A darker traditional espresso doesn’t necessarily want the same brewing conditions as a lighter specialty roast.

The MaraX provides three extraction temperature settings – Warm, Hot and Extra Hot – allowing you to adjust the machine according to the coffee you’re using.

Combined with mechanical pre-infusion and the LELIT58 platform, the MaraX gives you a machine capable of growing with you as you explore different coffees, grinders and extraction techniques.

Coffee or Steam? You Choose.

The MaraX provides two operating modes to suit the way you make coffee.

Xmode Coffee is designed around coffee preparation and extraction temperature management.

Xmode Steam places greater emphasis on steam performance when preparing milk-based drinks.

The MaraX also features Steam Boost, providing additional steam performance when required.

Whether your morning coffee is a straight espresso or you’re preparing cappuccinos and flat whites, the MaraX can be configured around the way you drink coffee.

At only 22.5 cm wide, the MaraX delivers serious espresso and steam capability without taking over your kitchen counter.

Inside is a 1.8 L boiler with an AISI 316L stainless-steel heat exchanger, paired with a generous 2.5 L water tank.

Professional water and steam taps feature spring closures, while the multidirectional steam and hot-water wands feature an anti-burn design for easier everyday use and cleaning.

The MaraX is also mug friendly, giving you more flexibility when preparing different drinks.

Quiet by Design

Traditional vibration-pump espresso machines can be surprisingly loud.

Lelit designed the MaraX with a silent pump, significantly reducing operating noise while providing the water flow required throughout the brewing process.
