With Bean To Cup’s reliable service, your Jura coffee machine will be back in action in no time, and you’ll never be left without your daily brew.
Please note that Jura charges a R750 diagnostics fee if a machine is sent in for assessment and the quote for service or repairs is declined. This fee applies regardless of whether any work is carried out. However, if the quote is approved and the repairs or service are completed, the R750 diagnostics fee will be waived.
Customers are required to pay the approved quote in full prior to or upon collection of their machine. If the quote is declined, customers must collect their machine from Bean To Cup’s premises once it has been returned from Jura.
Courier arrangements for transporting the machine from the customer to Bean To Cup, and from Bean To Cup back to the customer, can be facilitated by Bean To Cup, but all courier costs will be at the customer’s expense.
In the event that the machine is still under warranty, the customer remains responsible for all courier costs to and from Bean To Cup. In the event that the machine was purchased from Bean To Cup, customers have the option of a rental that will be free (Gauteng Only – Unless agreed upon)
Bean To Cup applies a standard service handling fee to cover administrative processing, machine intake, secure packaging, and quality control procedures. This fee is exclusive of courier charges which remain the responsibility of the customer, irrespective of the machine’s warranty status. in the event that a customer declines the repair quotation provided by Jura, the customer will remain liable for a non-refundable assessment fee of R750 charged by Jura, in addition to the applicable courier costs and the Bean To Cup service handling fee.
Testing & Return:
After repairs are complete, we will test the machine before it gets back to you. (Please note that while Jura and Bean To Cup try our best to make sure the return machine is free free from any coffee, it is possible that when your machine gets back to you there might be coffee grounds in parts of the machine, this is purely due to the courier)
Definition of Warranty:
*The term “warranty” refers to the manufacturer’s standard coverage period, as follows:
*Household Jura machines carry a 25-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
*Commercial or professional Jura machines carry a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
*Electronic accessories such as Cool Controls, milk frothers, and other Jura-branded electronic devices carry a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
